I'm Lena, a health-conscious mother and founder of Schokobold.

"It all started a few years ago when I experimented with cutting excess sugar out of my family's diet. A few months later, I noticed I was losing weight, feeling great, had more energy and could focus on my work without the usual energy drops.

With chocolate, I learned that most companies use a lot of sugar without considering its negative effects on our health.

And because we love chocolate so much, I was inspired to create the best chocolate without added sugar. Since then, my mission has been to help people live healthier and more fulfilled lives without giving up delicious chocolate.

Why a Schokobold

Schokobolds are characters from Austrian mythology that have lived in our family for many generations. Schokobold is a small, loving creature that lives in the secret world of the forests of the Austrian Alps. You may not see this lively and sweet Schokobold, but if you listen carefully, you can hear his giggles. He is known for creating the best Bold chocolate: the finest cocoa beans, rich flavors with traditional recipes, and when we created our chocolate, we couldn't think of a better inspiration than the image of Schokobold.

The Schokobolds were created in the 1970s by the Austrian artist Hilke Sint and are part of a larger family of figures. She invented them for her children as bedtime stories, and today they bring joy to all who meet them. Just like the Schokobolds, chocolate has the power to make people happy, and we strive to pass this joy on to our customers through our delicious creations.
